This policy explains what personal information Asmaan Beverages and Nutrition Private Limited (“we”, “us”) collects when you use www.joinasmaan.in, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the website and deliver your order:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your delivery and billing address
  • Your order details, such as what you bought and when
  • Messages you send us, such as support emails or form entries
  • Basic technical data, such as your device type, browser, IP address and the pages you visit

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net banking password. Payments are handled by Razorpay and your bank.

2. Why we use it

We use your information to:

  • process, deliver and support your order
  • send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp
  • reply to your questions and complaints
  • send offers or news about Drink Asmaan, only if you agreed to receive them
  • keep the website secure and fix problems
  • meet legal and tax record requirements

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the people who help us serve you:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store
  • Razorpay, which processes payments
  • Courier and logistics partners, who need your name, phone number and address to deliver
  • Email, messaging and analytics tools we use to run the store, such as WhatsApp, Gmail, Google and Meta

These providers may use your information only to do their job for us. We do not sell your personal information. We may also share information if the law or a government authority requires it.

4. Cookies

The website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. They keep your cart working, remember your settings and help us see how the website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website, such as checkout, may stop working.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. How we protect it

The website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely safe, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we act quickly if something goes wrong and will inform you where the law requires.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the personal information we hold about you
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete your information, unless we must keep it by law
  • stop sending you marketing messages

8. Children

The website is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us details, tell us and we will delete them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
